FinCalc offers both anonymous and authenticated user experiences.

• For Anonymous Users: We do not collect any personally identifiable information. All calculations and budget data are stored locally on your device using your browser's storage and are not transmitted to our servers.
• For Authenticated Users: To provide a synchronized experience across your devices, we require you to create an account. When you register, we collect your name and email address. Your Budget Planner data (budgets, expenses, categories) is securely stored in our database (Firebase Firestore) to enable this syncing feature.

2. How Your Data is Used

The data we collect from authenticated users is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the FinCalc service. Specifically:

• To securely save and sync your Budget Planner data.
• To personalize your experience within the app.
• We will **never** sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use Firebase, a Google platform, for authentication and database services. Firebase employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While no system is perfectly secure, we take all reasonable precautions to protect your information.

4. User Control and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete your budget sheets and expenses at any time within the application. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us through the feedback form.

5. Third-Party Services

This application does not integrate with any third-party services for analytics, advertising, or data collection beyond the core Firebase services required for functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
